Universal Knowledge SaaS Pricing Overview

• SaaS Includes software licenses, support and maintenance and hardware hosting
• KPSOL use Microsoft Azure as our hosting partner, which allows us to deploy servers in the region our customers choose to maintain data sovereignty
• Pricing is based on a cost per license type per month model and pricing is in price bands, so the cost per license reduces as license numbers increase
• SaaS agreements are for 12 months

License Types

• Named User License – Has full user rights (rights controlled by the customer) and will always be granted access to the system
• Concurrent License – Has full user rights (rights controlled by the customer) but these are typically used for floating / occasional users. Customers can create as many concurrent users in the system as they wish BUT only the number of licensed concurrent users can log onto the system at any time

A combination of Named and Concurrent Licenses can be deployed

Named User Licenses range from £10-£25 per license per month with pricing dependant on license numbers

Concurrent Licenses range from £15-£37.50 per license per month with pricing dependant on license numbers
