Simon Berrisford

Simon Berrisford
Product and Services DirectorSimon manages the development, support and consulting teams, and has overall responsibility for the KPS knowledge management system product roadmap. Listening to and acting on customer feedback and enhancement requests, and looking ahead to what the future may bring, he makes sure the system stays relevant to customer needs.
Simon has spent over 25 years in the IT industry. His experience includes both consulting work and hands-on technical support desk management. As a result, he combines a wide knowledge of business needs with a solid understanding of the challenges and issues faced by a front line service desk team. Understanding first-hand the pivotal role knowledge management systems play in today’s service desk environments and customer experience journeys, Simon follows the KPS mantra of ease of use and simplicity of maintenance as he works to plan future developments for our software.

Roger Haddon

Roger Haddon
Managing DirectorAs our MD, Roger has played a pivotal role at the forefront of KPS business development activity in the UK, North America and Australia. Building successful business relationships is a key component of KPS’s continued success and growth. Roger continues to keep close links with customers and partners, ensuring the business as it grows delivers both the technology they need and the service they expect.
Roger has over 25 years’ business and IT experience in a variety of roles, encompassing business management, senior sales management, business change consultancy, project and programme management, business analysis and software development. He joined KPS from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he managed IT projects with leading international retail businesses and was the Director of the highly successful Retail Solutions Centre.

Paul McGerty

Paul McGerty
Finance and Administration ManagerPaul manages the financial and administration functions at KPS on a day-to-day basis, responding to any queries whilst also raising invoices and actioning payments.
He listens carefully to customers, partners and suppliers, and works hard to make sure financial and administrative interactions go smoothly and payment information is clear and transparent.

Neil Howard
Neil Howard
Support ManagerNeil’s role is to help customers and partners resolve their queries, issues or concerns. Using his extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting skills, Neil enables individuals and organisations to get the best out of their KPS system.
Responding to queries, sharing hints and tips between clients, and looking after our own knowledge bases, Neil gives customers the knowledge they need to use their system fully and maximise their investment in the technology.
He has an extensive customer service background, with over 20 years in a customer-facing IT role.
Jo Southward
Jo Southward
Senior ConsultantAs one of our Senior Consultants, Jo works closely with customers to help them plan, design and roll out their KPS knowledge management system. She takes people through the complete project life cycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and evaluations through to requirements gathering and on to installation, design and configuration. She is also involved in managing the technical relationship with our many partners.
Jo has over 15 years’ experience in delivering complex IT products, together with a firm belief in the benefits of effective knowledge management and a particular interest in knowledge management best practice. This means customers can be confident not only of getting the right technical set up for their needs, but also of receiving guidance to help them put the right processes in place so they get the most benefit from the system.
