Skills Transfer during The Project

KPS adopt a skills transfer approach during knowledge management training to ensure ownership resides with the customer and the system is successfully adopted. This means you are being trained from day one on the system’s key features and configurations. We then consolidate the skills transfer during a tailored training day.

Training Services

KPS will tailor each knowledge management training session for each customer, taking account of the specific configurations of the system. This can be done in a classroom setting with a number of delegates or just a one-to-one with a designated system administrator. As the system is so simple to use, we take a ‘Train the trainer’ approach, making sure you have the knowledge to train your own end users.

Our consultants through knowledge management training can also deliver further sessions as needed, for example, for authors and knowledge experts using the system.

Bespoke Training Material

We can create bespoke knowledge management training guides to go with your specific system. This helps on-going user training and makes it easy for your trainers to deliver their own internal sessions.
