James White – Account Executive


James focuses on customer engagement and delivering a positive first interaction with KPS. James helps prospective clients to understand the benefits of using a Knowledge Management solution in their business and how this can directly improve productivity, reducing operational costs and improve customer service.

As a recent graduate and the newest member of the KPS team, James is responsible for lead generation, company marketing and market research. James is able to explain how Knowledge Management can improve service delivery and how this can increase customer satisfaction, reduce average call handling times and enable web users to gain faster resolutions.
