Sue works closely with potential and existing clients to understand their knowledge management needs and challenges. She invests the time to listen, in order to discover what issues stop or slow access to information, and to understand how better information sharing would allow organisations to provide better customer services to either internal staff or external stake holders, citizens or clients.
Sue also works with partner organisations – resellers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and integrators – on how to add value to their propositions for contact centres, help desks, web self-service and share service offerings.
Motivated by helping public and private organisations achieve their aims, reduce operational costs and ensure they can provide exceptional customer services, Sue has built successful relationships with clients and partners in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
