Education Services

Understanding the benefits of our applications is key to the transfer of ownership to those responsible for running and maintaining a successful KM system.  Formal Education is factored into the implementation process for Administration staff, and a 'Train-the-Trainer' approach is used for end-users.  This helps maximise value and contain cost.  Courses delivered in this way are typically tailored to the user environment.

Post implementation additional education may be needed where staff turnover creates a skills gap that needs to be filled.  Education services can be delivered on site to meet these needs.
