Silah GULF is a Joint Venture company formed to develop a regional customer management and contact centre provision service based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Bahraini eGovernment authority and Merchants Group have teamed up to develop the JV and launched this new and exciting service entity in 2009.
The ambition of the Bahraini government and Merchants is to create a JV that will own and operate a world class contact centre in Bahrain providing customer management and contact centre BPO or outsourcing services to public and private sector organisations nationally and in the long term regionally within the GULF Co-operation Council (GCC) nations.
