VICTOR KAMINSKI - EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Victor Kaminski joined KPS as Executive Chairman in January 2006. Victor is a successful entrepreneur and company Director and built two successful international businesses from start-up. Victor made his name in the software business as the Managing Director of Hyperion Software before moving to TopJobs.net plc as the Chief Executive. Victor shares his experience with a small number of rapidly growing companies.

ROGER HADDON - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Roger has over 19 years IT experience in a variety of roles encompassing software development, business analysis, project and programme management, retail practice consultancy and senior sales management. Roger joined KPS from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2000, where he was the Director of the highly successful Retail Solutions Centre. Roger has been responsible for the purchase and implementation of major IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence and therefore has the experience needed to understand and deliver customer and partner requirements.

SIMON BERRISFORD - PRODUCT AND SERVICES DIRECTOR

Simon Berrisford comes from a background in technical consultancy, pre-sales and support with over 16 years experience. Simon has a clear understanding of the challenges and issues in the Help Desk arena having spent 3 years managing a team of technical support specialists providing high quality Help Desk services in a technical software environment. This, coupled with a further 5 years managing consultants delivering sophisticated Laboratory Automation, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management solutions across the major vertical market sectors, provides the broad range of experience needed in the today’s Knowledge Management market space.

MARK RAE - SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, of which more than 14 years have been in the software industry. He has served in a number of highly successful management roles including at Datapoint, Bull Information Systems and Oracle. His experience includes Global Account Management as well as Enterprise wide major client relationships in Insurance, the Service Industry and Retail. Since the formation of KPS, Mark has been running the Sales Division of Knowledge Powered Solutions and has been successful in creating both direct customer relationships as well as building a strong partner base specifically focussed in the Service Desk and Help Desk arena.
